About the team

The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.

At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more.

As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.

Responsibilities

  • As Scaled Business Acceleration Client Partner, core responsibility would be to manage clients that primarily focused on branding campaigns across all industries such as CPG, Beauty, Luxury and other portfolios, contributing to client's business and marketing growth via TikTok for Business ad solutions and the holistic TikTok platform solutions
  • By creating a comprehensive account strategy, expected to collaborate with internal cross functional teams and global cross border teams to achieve ad revenue targets and other business milestones
  • Both client and agency stakeholder management are essential to succeed in these roles and responsibilities
  • Contribute to the overall sales organization by implementing a scaled approach to this market and building values and solutions for both short and long term
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial role at a technologydriven company or management consulting experience with significant exposure to digital and marketing
  • Experience working with either major branding clients or a large number of small to midsized branding companies with a deep understanding of their business and challenges;
  • Demonstrated history of managing client relationships that require moving complex decisions through organisations successfully
  • High attention to detail and an ability to analyse data and identify insights to drive business performance in addition to demonstrated ability to win the support of senior stakeholders
  • Japanese and English professional proficiency is required as you will be dealing with both local and international stakeholders.
