・協力会社との打ち合わせ

・竣工検査

・アフターメンテナンス

・担当施設は分譲マンションです。

・請負金額は数百万から数千万円です。

・請負形態は元請です。

・工事内容は新築工事、リニューアル工事です。

・工事期間は数日から数ヵ月です。

・担当設備はインターネット設備、LAN設備、セキュリティ設備等です。

・担当地域は東京都を中心として神奈川県、千葉県、埼玉県です。

・残業時間は月平均10時間です。

・試用期間中の条件変更はございません。

・休日出勤した場合は振替休日を取得いただきます。

・定年は60歳(再雇用65歳)です。

・昇給は年1回(4月)です。

・賞与は年2回(7月、12月)です。

・転居を伴う転勤はございません。
