主要ミッション
年次/大型イベントのコンセプト設計〜当日運営〜事後フォローまでを一気通貫で推進(セッション・展示・ネットワーキング・RT・スポンサー連携を含む)
会社の重点戦略に合わせ、体験設計(ジャーニー/メッセージ/導線/オペレーション)を再構築し、KPI/ROIを継続改善
エグゼクティブ向け施策(Roundtable in a Box 等)の標準化・展開、外部スピーカー/インフルエンサーの選定・関係構築
グローバル施策(Dreamforce/Connections/Tableau Conference)の日本顧客体験を設計し、参加〜商談化までの導線を最適化
ベンダー/制作進行/予算を管理し、品質を保ちながら効率化・生産性向上を実現(コスト対効果の最大化)
Slack/Canvas などを用いたプロジェクト運営と社内コミュニケーション(情報のSSOT化・関係者コミュニケーション・ダッシュボードによる可視化)
個人情報・登壇契約・事例承認などのリスク/コンプライアンスを適正に管理
必須スキル/経験
イベント/マーケティング実務 3–5年(オンライン/オフラインのベストプラクティス理解)
マルチタスクの進行管理と期限順守、データに基づく振り返り(KPI/ROI)
社内外ステークホルダーとの高いコミュニケーション/プレゼン力(英⽂和⽂)*本社連携レベル(目安:TOEIC 780)
予算/ベンダー管理の実務経験、プロジェクトドキュメント/運営基盤の整備(SSOT化)
