Cargo no Setor de Atendimento a Clientes de Alta Renda, responsável por apoiar as atividades do Gerente de Relacionamento, contribuindo para a melhoria da satisfação dos clientes e para o alcance das metas estratégicas do Banco.
Principais Atividades:
Suporte administrativo:
atendimento ao cliente, elaboração de documentos, gestão de dados.
Apoio na organização e execução de campanhas e eventos.
Garantia de conformidade com normas internas e gestão segura das informações.
Proposição de produtos e serviços com base nas necessidades dos clientes.
Monitoramento de KPIs e elaboração de relatórios operacionais.
Pré-requisitos:
Experiência em atendimento ao cliente ou funções administrativas (preferencialmente no setor financeiro).
Conhecimento sobre operações bancárias e produtos financeiros.
Habilidade com Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiência em inglês e português.
Formação superior em Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
Certificações brasileiras em investimentos (CPA-20, CEA, CFP ou correspondentes).
Qualificações Desejáveis:
Proficiência em japonês e espanhol.
Competências Requeridas:
Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita.
Foco no cliente e habilidades interpessoais.
Proatividade, flexibilidade e capacidade de resolução de problemas.
Alto senso ético e responsabilidade na gestão de informações confidenciais.
