Recruitment Consultant | Tokyo
NES Fircroft is hiring a full-time Recruitment Consultant based in Tokyo. If you're an experienced Recruiter / Sales looking to take the next step in your career, this is a solid opportunity to work with leading clients across Japan's engineering and infrastructure sectors.
In this role, you'll focus on building strong relationships, identifying top talent, and supporting key projects in industries within Renewable Energy, Power, Technology, and more. With a growing client base and a clear path for impact, you'll be part of a team that's helping shape the future of Japan's technical landscape.
What You'll Be Doing:
- End-to-End Recruitment
: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in technical and professional roles. - Client Management
: Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing effective recruitment solutions. - Talent Engagement
: Develop and manage a strong talent pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience and long-term network value. - Market Insight
: Stay up to date with industry trends and workforce developments, offering market intelligence to clients and candidates.
What We're Looking For:
- Recruitment Experience
: Proven success in a recruitment consultant role, preferably within a technical, engineering, or industrial focus. - Independent & Driven
: Able to manage workload autonomously while delivering consistent results. - Business Development
: Comfortable seeking out new business opportunities and growing client networks.
