Tailor Platformとは
わたしたちは、業務システムを高速に構築できるプラットフォーム「Tailor Platform」を提供することで、より多くの人がプロダクトの作り手になることを支援しています。
Tailor Platformを一行でいうと"Headless ERP for Enterprises"、エンタープライズ企業(当社では3,000人以上の大企業と定義しています)で使われる基幹システムをHeadless形式で提供するプロダクトです。
いわゆるERPシステム(基幹システム。受発注や在庫、会計、組織などを統合的に管理するビジネスアプリケーション群)において、システムの柔軟性・拡張性を飛躍的に高めた「Headless ERP」を世界で初めてローンチし、日本の大企業および米国の中堅〜大企業へ向けて展開しています。

業務内容
ReactをベースしたWEBアプリケーションの開発を行っていただきます。顧客アプリケーションの要件を分析し、UIコンポーネントの設計、モジュール化を行ながら効率的に開発のできるフレームワークを開発し、それを使ってアプリケーションを構築します。
You will be developing web applications based on React. You will analyze the requirements of client applications, design UI components, modularize them, and develop an efficient framework for development. You will use this framework to build applications.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Developing React components
Designing and improving the UI of Tailor PF
*There is no clear separation between front-end and back-end roles, and depending on your interests and skills, you may also be involved in back-end development.

フロントエンドエンジニアとしての実務経験3年以上

Individual Contributorとしてのスペシャリスト経験
リモートワークでの業務が可能な方

More than5 years+ of experience as a front-end engineer
