【具体的な仕事内容】
~東証プライム上場/独自の事業モデルで、業界では異例の経常利益率10%超/ 『町田商店』『豚山』など、国内外800店舗以上展開/大手の良さとベンチャーのスピード感やチャレンジ精神を併せ持つ企業~
当社グループ従業員に対する各種研修の企画・実施・効果測定などを中心に、従業員教育・育成にかかわる業務全般をご担当いただきます。
■業務詳細:
・研修運営管理(スケジュール調整・案内、研修の準備・実施、研修後のフォロー)
・教育体系の見直し、新たな体系の構築
・育成体系に基づいた研修コースの設計
・学習管理システムの運用
・研修資料・配布物の作成
・研修の効果測定 等
■組織構成:
人財開発本部人財育成部人財教育課に配属予定です。従業員の採用・教育を管轄する本部内の教育・育成に特化した部門です。

■入社後の流れ:
ご入社後は、実店舗での研修を行います。実際の営業現場を経験していただき、人材育成部としてどういった教育や研修が必要なのかを感じていただきます。
その後は、本社人材育成部内で座学・OJTを通じて、従業員に伝えるべき企業理念や行動指針などを学んでいただきながら、部としての通常業務を並行して覚えていきます。
ご入社から3か月を目処に、店舗アルバイトスタッフや中途新入社員に対する基礎研修などを実施いただけるようになっていただきます。

飲食店の経営(町田商店・ラーメン豚山・元祖油堂等 9ブランドの経営)・食品製造(製麺・チャーシュー工場等 国内6拠点)
