To be considered, you must be a University student in your 2nd or 3rd year, able to work physically at the Japan office 2-3 days a week (weekdays daytime), and have a Japanese work permit.

- Have excellent interpersonal skills with flexibility and adaptability, engaging with others in a consistent manner both in English and Japanese.
- Have a good knowledge of MS Office Tools (Outlook, PPT, Excel).
For Operations Internship program, we have two positions: the Merchandising (MD) Internship position and the Operations & Distribution (O&D) Internship position.
As a MD Internship, you will assist the MD team's administration and projects.
- Execute stock rebalancing between boutiques based on our strategy to optimize boutique sales.
- Support data analysis and collection.
- Collect qualitative feedback from the boutiques in order to satisfy and improve the stock allocation.
- Propose fresh ideas and make a positive contribution to support the ongoing DX project.
- Support administrative duties such as updating daily/weekly reports.
As an O&D Internship, you will assist the Operations & Distributions team's administration and projects.
- Assist in implementing various operation projects to upgrade the maison's operations.
- Provide valuable insight by maintaining and optimising SharePoint for boutiques and team members.
- Make a positive contribution to improve operational efficiency by automating daily tasks and bringing fresh ideas to the team.
- Assist with administrative duties such as data collection, calculations and document preparation.
