■期待する成果:
・新卒採用の年間目標(採用数・質)を必達すること
・採用活動全体を数値でマネジメントし、改善サイクルをまわし続けること
・毎年安定的に採用目標を達成できるよう、再現性のある仕組みを構築すること
・学生体験を重視しつつ、プログリットの新卒採用基準を高めていくこと
■業務内容:
・新卒採用(総合職、または英語コンサルタント職)の戦略設計・推進(面接・イベント対応を含む)
・ダイレクトリクルーティングの戦略立案と実行
・採用KPI(スカウト数・面談数・内定承諾数など)の設計・運用・分析
・候補者体験の設計・改善
・採用プロセスの改善・仕組み化
・内定者フォローの企画・準備
・その他新卒採用に関する業務全般
適性と希望次第では、以下の業務にも携わることも可能です。
・入社後のオンボーディングの企画・準備
・採用広報・ブランディング施策の企画・実行(イベント、記事、SNS等)

・ベンチャー/スタートアップ企業での採用担当経験
・年間10名規模以上の新卒採用を主担当で推進した経験
・ダイレクトリクルーティングで成果を出した実績
・採用KPI(スカウト数・面談数・内定承諾数など)を設計・運用し、成果を出した経験
■歓迎条件:
・人材紹介会社または RPO会社での採用支援経験
・エンジニア採用経験
・内定者研修や入社研修など、候補者/新入社員のオンボーディングに関わった経験

(3)学習状況のPDCA回し成果を可視化…文法ごとの理解度をパーセンテージ化し習得状況を見える化。日々WPM(1分間で読める単語数)等のモニタリングを行います。
