・包括的IT戦略立案/ITグランドデザイン、施策実行支援(エンタープライズ・アーキテクチャ、IT投資プラン、デジタル/クラウド/データ戦略、グローバリゼーション等)

【Department introduction】

This department provides problem setting and solutioning support, as well as implementation support such as program management and change management, for clients who have not yet determined the issues and solutions for digital transformation.

By applying best practices that TCS has developed through support in various industries around the world, we support technology-driven corporate transformation by providing solutions tailored to the unique circumstances and management issues of Japanese companies.

Currently, we have about 60 people in Japan and India, and we support clients in various industries, divided into technology areas.

【Characteristics of TCS consulting services】

It is a "hybrid delivery model" in which a mixed team of Japanese and overseas staff is organized to carry out a project.

TCS has approximately 600,000 professionals globally and has alliance relationships with major IT vendors around the world.

In addition, the R&D department in India is independently researching the latest technologies such as AI, and has a network of industry-academia collaboration.

・Comprehensive IT strategy planning / IT grand design, policy implementation support (enterprise architecture, IT investment plans, digital/cloud/data strategies, globalization, etc.)

Ability to define and share a vision and goal to solve client's business issues with technology, and navigate with clients and related internal stakeholders
