経理・管理会計/Finace & Controlling Management Trainee

ジボダン社の将来のリーダーシップ候補として高いポテンシャルを持つ方を長期的に育成していくために設けられたFinanceのトレーニーポジションです。

日本にいるスイス人のファイナンスマネージャーの直下で、財務経理部のフルタイム正社員として、東京本社にご入社いただきます。

このポジションでは「Guest Auditor Progamme」と呼ばれる海外研修やアドホックの国内外のプロジェクトへの参加、月次決算から国際税務業務までのファイナンス関連知識やハンズオンの経験を得ることができます。さらに、リージョンのファイナンスマネージメントトレーニーたちとの強固なネットワークを通じて、素晴らしい人脈を作りつつ世界標準の経験を積むことができます。ファイナンス分野でこれから長期的にキャリアアップをしていきたいと考えている方には最適のキャリアパスが用意されています。

■主な業務内容:

  • 財務報告およびコントローリングのサポート
  • 月末締め業務(クロージング)
  • 税務に関するレポーティングおよび分析
  • 管理会計のサポート (製品原価計算、予算編成、フォーカスト、収益性分析)
  • 政府および法定で要求される報告書類の作成 : 消費税、源泉税、支払調書、法人税申告書の準備
  • 一般会計に関連するトラブルシューティングをサポート
  • 社内手順および内部統制への準拠についてサポート
  • (外部および内部) 監査をサポート
  • 社内の国内外各部門、チームと連携しながらビジネス パートナーとして対応

■働く環境:

・上司にあたるスイス人のファイナンスマネージャーもジボダンのトレーニー出身で、入社後数年でタイ出向、その後日本に出向してマネージャーを担当し、現在は東京本社でコアメンバーとして活躍しています。

・1日の所定労働時間は7時間15分リモートワークと出社のハイブリッド勤務、フレックス制度、水曜NO残業デーなど、長期的に働きやすい環境です。※平均勤続年数10年

・スイス人上司や日本国外のメンバーとのコミュニケーションの機会が多いため、英語を活かしたい方にとって最適な環境です。

■応募資格:

〇経験

必須:

・会計または税務会計の分野で 2~3 年の経験

・日本の会計基準の知識

〇学歴

会計、財務、または関連分野の学士号(または同等の資格)

〇技術・資格等

必須:

・PCスキル:MSオフィス(エクセル、ワード、パワーポイント)

歓迎:

・IFRS および SAP ソフトウェアの経験

・英語:ビジネスレベル

〇雇用形態:正社員(試用期間3か月。試用期間中も正社員と待遇は同じ)

〇勤務時間:9:00〜17:15(所定労働時間:7時間15分、休憩60分)

〇給与(年収等):年俸制 想定年収560万円~1000万円
