Account Manager Assistant
職務内容 Job Description
VTI Japanでは、日本企業向けのITソリューション提案を行う営業チームの一員として、
IT営業職を目指す方を募集しています。
入社後は、3ヶ月間の研修ロードマップを通して、IT業界や営業の基礎を学びながら、
実際の案件サポートを通じてスキルを身につけていただきます。
主な業務内容
・営業資料、見積書、契約書などの作成補助
・営業活動の進捗フォローおよび顧客データ管理
・メールマーケティングや電話を通じた潜在顧客リサーチ
・展示会・セミナーでの営業活動やイベント運営サポート
・社内外の関係者との調整、レポート作成
研修プログラム(目安3ヶ月〜):
・1ヶ月目:IT業界やITアウトソーシングの基礎知識、営業プロセスの理解+実務体験
・2〜3ヶ月目:OJT形式での実践研修(顧客対応・資料作成・提案スキル習得)
必須要件 Basic Qualifications
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力(目安:JLPT N1以上)
・コミュニケーションが好きで、IT業界や営業職に興味がある方
・タスク整理・スケジュール管理が得意な方
・IT業界未経験・異業界からのチャレンジ歓迎
歓迎要件 Preferred Qualifications
・営業またはカスタマーサポートの経験
・英語またはベトナム語でのコミュニケーションスキル
給与 Compensation
月給:応相談(経験・スキルにより決定)
※研修期間中も同条件で給与支給あり
