Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Shinjuku-ku for a Sales Staff. The Sales Staff will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. Additional day-to-day tasks include creating and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, business development, or related roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
  • Proficiency with sales software and CRM systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the CAD industry or technology sector is a plus
