You'll work as a core member of the Fintech Analytics team, supporting key decisions through quantitative analysis
Your mission:
identify business challenges, propose actionable insights, and help shape growth strategies with data.
This is a highly collaborative role — you'll partner with product, marketing, and corporate teams, as well as work closely with data engineers and product specialists to modernize analytics processes and introduce new technologies like Generative AI.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct data analysis to identify business issues and propose solutions across Fintech services (Payments, Crypto, Mobile, NFT).
Partner with stakeholders to develop growth strategies, track performance, and support management planning.
Deliver actionable insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
Design and implement next-generation analytics workflows using Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, etc.).
Collaborate with other data teams to improve automation, scalability, and accessibility of analytics.
Requirements
Fluent Japanese communication skills (必須).
5+ years of hands-on data analytics experience at a tech company (App/Web) or ad platform.
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and aggregation.
Ability to define problems, form hypotheses, and independently lead the analysis cycle.
Strong communication skills to translate data insights into business impact.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable improvements.
Nice to Have
Experience in marketing or product performance measurement (A/B testing, etc.).
Team or project management experience.
Python or other programming languages for data analysis.
Business planning or KPI management experience.
Experience or interest in leveraging Generative AI for analytics or operations improvement.
