お客様からの問い合わせに対応し、適切なソリューションを提供するお仕事です。
・ECサイトをご利用するユーザーサポート
・電話対応
・購入商品についてのお問い合わせ対応
・商品の発送状況に関する対応
・返品対応
・お支払い情報の照合
※日本人のお客様対応なので、日本語での対応となります。
※1回の応対にかかる時間は10分程度。1日20~35件程の対応。
タイピングなどの基本的PCスキルがある方なら、未経験でも歓迎です。
【研修内容】
研修は1ヶ月あります。ご入社される8割の方はカスタマーサポート未経験者ですが、安心して学べる体制が整っています。
