同社にて、業務、ITコンサルタントとして業務に携わっていただきます。End to Endでお客様に寄り添いながら課題解決実行支援を行います。

■上司やチームメンバーと連携しながら担当プロジェクトを完遂

■構想企画やシステム化計画などの上流工程の推進

■上司の指示に基づいた提案活動支援

■急拡大をする部門の組織づくりやマネジメントコンサルシフトの社内支援

■若手コンサルタントの育成、教育

■大手クライアントの新規開拓および深耕、体制拡大

■営業と連動し、提案活動やキーマンとのリレーションシップ

■コンサルタントとして担当するプロジェクトの立ち上げ、推進■クロージング

■大手クライアントの新規開拓および深耕、体制拡大

【給与】

【年収例】700万円~1500万円(25~49歳例)

※年収内訳:月給12ヵ月+賞与2ヵ月(5月/11月に各1ヵ月支給)

【月収例】500,000円~1,070,000円

※上記月収には固定残業代40時間分(理論年収に準じる )が含まれています。超過分別途支給。
