Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Marketing Executive for ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kobe. This role will oversee day-to-day operations, collaboration with local community and media. Responsibilities also include coordinating with different departments, handling guest inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Can speak and write in Japanese - JLPT N2 level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Japanese is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
