【業務内容】

顧客にとって物流の効率化やサプライチェーンの安定化は、年々困難になっており、重要な経営課題となっています。例えば、

・拠点や倉庫の増加に伴う、人件費や倉庫費の増加

・配車やドライバーの調整に難航し、配送品質の維持が困難

・物流センターの構成や設計の無駄による不要なコストの増加

など、様々な課題を抱えています。

当部では、特定業界に限定せず、産業別の商流・物流特性に合わせた物流プラットフォーム化を目指し、様々な商材の取引先様へ3PLをソリューションとして新規営業しています。

初回営業~案件の獲得、さらには物流拠点の立ち上げまで顧客とのかかわりは1年以上かかることも多く、1案件が数十億円以上の大規模になることもあります。

長期間のコミュニケーションの中でお客様との関わりを大事にしながら総合的なソリューション提案営業に取り組むことができます。

物流拠点の立ち上げ後は運営事業部へ引き継ぐため、既存顧客の深耕営業をする機会は少ないものの、新規顧客の開拓に大きく時間を割くことができます。

物流や流通業界での営業もしくはコンサル経験5年以上
