業務内容

■革新的なヘルステックサービスや製品を提供するスタートアップ企業で、【CHRO】候補を募集します。

事業拡大と成長フェーズに伴い、経営戦略と人材戦略を連動させ、人的資本経営を推進するための重要なポジションです。

現在、人事領域はCEOが担当しており、今後の人事戦略を高度化するために、豊富な知見と経験を持つ方を求めています。

経営層と協力して全社組織設計と人材開発を実現し、事業と共に組織を強化する戦略の企画立案と実行を担当していただきます。

HRの観点から経営戦略・戦術を実行し、短期および中長期的な事業成果に繋げていくための企画推進役割を担っていただきます。

経営計画の達成に向けた組織づくりの推進をしながら、CEOおよび各事業部責任者の事業部成長プラン(サクセッションプラン含む)を議論し、現場の声を吸い上げながら、人材戦略・組織開発に取り組みます。

▼業務内容

人事責任者候補として、経営チームへの参画を視野に入れながら、HRの観点から高いレベルでの人的資本経営のための立案・運用を行っていただきます。

【具体的な業務内容】

人的資本経営を踏まえた経営・事業戦略からの組織・人事戦略への落とし込み~ロードマップ設計~推進
会社のMissionや行動指針が根付いたコーポレートカルチャーの醸成
各チームのマネージャーと連携した人材開発戦略の企画・実行(特にミドルマネジメント育成、新メンバーのオンボーディング)
組織全体のエンゲージメントやモチベーション管理の実施
経営陣と共に評価制度、目標設定(結果の確認)の仕組みの設計・構築
組織の環境を整え、社員の意欲やエンゲージメントを高めるウェルビーイング人事経営の企画・実行
その他、採用、労務、研修等の人事各担当のマネジメント

応募条件

■必須要件

メガベンチャーや大手外資IT企業におけるHRBPまたは人事部長/ディレクターの経験者

■歓迎要件

事業売上または組織人数が倍以上の成長するフェーズにて人事制度の策定及び改定のご経験
複数のフェーズが異なる事業を運営する企業にて事業責任者または、人事責任者として組織創りをされてきたご経験・CHRO経験
IT業界での事業責任者経験
人事戦略コンサル経験
ビジネスレベルの英語力(TOEIC700点以上)、インターナショナルコミュニケーションができる方
