In this role, you will drive business improvement and digital transformation initiatives by supporting SAP implementation and system integration projects.
You'll help clients optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and leverage enterprise technologies to achieve strategic goals.Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end SAP and system integration projects across various industries
Analyze and improve business processes in key operational areas (finance, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, etc.)
Assist in system design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
Prepare documentation, training materials, and process maps to support successful implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in consulting or IT/business process improvement
Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise systems (MM, PP, SCM a plus)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication skills in Japanese and preferably business-level English
Ability to work in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment
