日々の業務内容/得られること

• 幅広いケーキやペストリーの製造に携わりながら、衛生面や安全面に関する知識を活かし、高いサービス水準を維持します
• ペストリー厨房の全領域を経験し、卓越した調理スキルと質の高い商品を提供するスキルをシェフから習得できます。
• あらゆる種類のベーカリーアイテムやデザートの準備と製造に毎日携わり、ラグジュアリーホテルのレストランに等しい調理に触れることができます。

応募資格

・    製菓学校出身者もしくはペストリー部門で働いた経験のある方
・    チームで働くことが出来る方。細部へのこだわり、新しいことを学ぶ熱意、そして何よりも実行する姿勢がある方。
・    常に整理整頓ができ、業務に集中できる方。
・    週末、祝祭日を含むローテーション勤務が可能な方
・    日本で就労可能な資格がある方。

・    日常会話以上の日本語スキルをお持ちの方

We are looking for a motivated and positive individual who is eager to grow their skills under the guidance of our Pastry Chef and advance their career as a culinary professional in our pastry kitchen.

Daily Responsibilities & What You Will Gain

Participate in the preparation of a wide variety of cakes and pastries while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Gain hands-on experience across all areas of the pastry kitchen and learn advanced culinary techniques directly from the chef.
Work daily on the preparation and production of various bakery items and desserts, experiencing the quality and standards of a luxury hotel restaurant.

Qualifications

Graduate of a pastry or culinary school, or with prior experience in a pastry department.
Able to work effectively in a team, with attention to detail, a passion for learning, and a proactive attitude.
Organized and focused in a fast-paced environment.
Available to work on a rotating schedule including weekends and public holidays.
Must have legal eligibility to work in Japan.
Conversational-level Japanese language skills or higher.
