仕事内容
ResponsibilitiesProcess monthly closing, yearly forecast, yearly budget and year end audit.
Bookeeping of customer and vendor invoices, expense claims, project expenses, petty cash, jounal vouchers and prepare bank reconciliation
Intercompany billings and reconcile with other subsidiaries
Prepare monthly profit and loss variance analysis
Posting of time sheets, inventory cost to general ledger, preparation of WIP report
Prepare balance sheet scheduel and reconcile the sub-ledger to control accounts
Liaison tax, corporate secrtarial and audit matters
Maintenance of employee personal records

対象となる方
・外資系もしくはグローバル企業にて経理全般経験5年以上
・ERP使用経験
・英語ビジネスレベル(読み書き必須、会話は抵抗感がない方)

オファー内容

・想定年収:
基本給600~800万円。業績賞与は会社と個人業績により別途支給

・ 働き方:
業務慣れた後に在宅勤務週1〜2日可能、フレックス無し

・ 想定残業時間:
通常期は月20〜30時間程度

・最寄駅:
新横浜駅

・ 勤務時間:9:00〜18:00(所定労働時間:8時間0分)休憩時間:60分

・ 福利厚生:
通勤手当、健康保険、厚生年金保険、雇用保険、労災保険、退職金制度、

・ 休日休暇:
完全週休2日制(土日祝日)。年間有給休暇1日〜10日。年間休日日数122日
