■業務内容:
中期経営計画の実現に向けて、経営層、各部門とともに成長戦略を構想し、全社横断でプロジェクトを推進する重要な役割を担っていただきます。既存のプロジェクトを成功に導くとともに、ご自身の裁量で新たな施策立案もしていただける環境です。
■具体的には:
・中長期計画の実行(全社横断型のプロジェクト推進、企画立案)
・経営戦略の企画、立案
・経営会議・取締役会向け資料の作成、分析、提言(マーケット情報、事業情報の報告、特命事項の実行)
・経営層・事業部門との戦略ディスカッション、施策立案
・新規事業投資案件の企画、リサーチ
※上記のうち、ご経験やご志向に合わせて徐々に業務をお任せします。

・EC・通販・小売・流通など消費者向け事業にて、経営企画・事業企画・経営管理の経験(5年以上)
・財務数値やKPIをもとに経営課題を抽出し、改善提案を行った経験
・経営層や複数部署と連携し部門横断のプロジェクトをリードしたご経験
■歓迎条件:

■事業内容:
(1)総合通信販売事業(カタログ・テレビ・インターネット等によるファッション、家具・インテリア、美容健康商品他の販売)…当社では「ディノス」ブランドによる通信販売事業を展開しています。老舗の「総合通販」としてパイオニアであるテレビやカタログから、それらと密に連携するECまで、それぞれのチャネルが持つパワーを最大限に活かしつつ、顧客の多様なニーズやライフスタイルを叶える、多様性のある商品・サービスを届けています。
(2)リテンションマーケティング事業…総合通販とは一線を画した独自の通販インフラを擁し、顧客との細やかなコミュニケーションを通じてオリジナルの化粧品ブランドを核とした単品通販事業を展開しています。
(3)フラワーネット事業…「花は心を伝えるメディア」という想いのもと全国1,800店の優良花店をネットワークし、予算や用途に応じて希望の花を全国に届ける「フジテレビフラワーネット」を運営しています。
(4)家具レンタル事業…家具との新しい付き合い方を提案する「flect(フレクト)」。家具購入の失敗リスクを減らすとともに、モノを大切にしてほしい。そんな想いから生まれました。「レンタル」でありながら「新品の家具」をじっくり検討し、利用期間後に「購入」or「返却」が選べるので、ライフスタイルに合わせた理想の家具を揃えることが可能です。
