Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, marketing, digital industry or IT, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
10 years of experience in any of the following fields: media, marketing, brand management, or advertising sales.
8 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
6 years of experience working in the advertisement industry or product area.
3 years of management experience in a related role.
2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
Experience in sales, and with building and maintaining relationships with executive-level clients across various industries.

As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.
Responsibilities
Manage a team of Account Executives, set and communicate team priorities, make decisions and support activities that align with Google's values.
Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
