現在、当社では人事ビジネスパートナー(Regional HR Strategy)を拡大、募集しています。日本国内の幅広い事業部門やグローバルHRチームメンバーとも連携し、戦略的な人事支援を担っていただける方を求めています。
- 戦略人事の推進
- シニア・マネジャー(上司)とともに、各事業部門のリーダーと連携し、組織目標に沿った人事戦略の立案・実行を推進。
- 組織課題への対応
- タレントマネジメント、組織開発、従業員エンゲージメントに関する課題を分析し、適切な施策を企画・実行。
- プロジェクト参画
- 各種人事プロジェクトへ担当者として参画する。
- チェンジマネジメント
- 組織変革を支えるための変更管理を実施し、スムーズな移行をサポート。

Qualifications
【MUST】
・8年以上の人事領域における経験
・分析力とコミュニケーション能力を持ち、複雑な従業員関係の問題を自律的に解決できる能力を有する
・組織全体のポジティブな行動を促し、モチベーションを高め、影響を与え、他の人事チームと協力して働くことができる
・英語でのコミュニケーションができる(会議、プレゼンテーションの実施)
