Job Title: AMHS Technician (IE AMHS TECHNICIAN)

The AMHS Technician (IE AMHS TECHNICIAN) is responsible for maintaining, managing, and improving AMHS at the Fab. Properly implementing PM is crucial to avoid production impact due to troubles in AMHS equipment.

Main Purpose:

• To minimize the production impact by detecting abnormal conditions as soon as possible and taking action.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement PM to avoid production impact due to troubles in AMHS equipment.
• Detect abnormal conditions as soon as possible and take corrective action.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or higher.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proficiency in Japanese language.
• Ability to work shifts (4 days on, 4 days off).

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience in repairing or maintaining production machinery and performing PM duties.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment names, workstation names (purpose groups), and product IDs (DID).
• Experience using Excel and Access.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of internet and PC usage standards and rules.

Working Hours:

Shift work: 4 days on, 4 days off (cycle of day shift, day shift, night shift, night shift, 4 days off, etc.).

Day shift: 8:00 AM - 8:15 PM.

Night shift: 8:00 PM - 8:15 AM next day.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
