This position is a member of the brand comm team for our Shiseido Professional business.What you´ll do
- Facilitate Integration via Strong Collaboration and Empowerment
- Facilitate collaboration between Brand Communication Team members
- Facilitate collaboration between Brand Communication Team and other COE teams and NPE teams
- Facilitate collaboration between Global Brand Communication and local teams
- Drive successful Events
- Contribute to 5-Years Strategy feedback consolidation - focus Events
- Run 5-Years Strategy Follow-up on defined next steps - focus Events
- Contribute to 5-Years Strategy Finetuning focus Events
- Prepare Beauty Creators Connect 2026
- BCC budget planning Budget Tracking
- Review Country BCC Activation Overviews for 2026
- Review Country BCC L17 plans for 2026
- Develop relevant and used Brand Communication Tools
- Contribute to 5-Years Strategy feedback consolidation - focus Brand Communication
- Run 5-Years Strategy Follow-up on defined next steps - focus Brand Communication
- Contribute to 5-Years Strategy Finetuning focus Brand Communication
- Update Brand book, brand videos, CI guideline whenever needed
- Monitor Brand Communication tools from main competitors in APAC eg Brand health Tracker
- Global Brand Communication budget Planning Budget Tracking
- Brand Endorsement Project
- Contribute to Brand Communication - Artistic Collaboration + Campaign + Transition Plan
- Contribute to Artwork management success
- Shoot and deliver New brand endorsement assets as per plan
- Monitor Brand Endorsement Communication tools from main competitors in APAC eg Brand health Tracker
- New Brand Endorsement budget Planning Budget Tracking
- Support Local activation Efficiency
- Consolidate Country Brand Endorsement Communication Activation Overviews for 2025
What makes you a good fit
- 5-10 working experience in marketing
- University graduate or above, overseas experience preferred
- Strong verbal English/Japanese and written communication skills.
- Branding experience or NPD experience, FMCG and beauty industry preferred
- Good communication skills.
- Team player
- Large event organization ability preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
