サービスマネージメント部の一部として、AWS を基盤としたプラットフォームの信頼性・可用性・セキュリティを確保し、高いパフォーマンスを求めるクライアントの期待に応える堅牢なプラットフォーム基盤を提供します。
サービスマネージメントチームは、エンジニアリングチームをはじめとする関係各部門と連携し、お客様のニーズに迅速かつ的確に対応できる高品質な運用体制を構築・維持することで、お客様へ最高のサービスを提供することをミッションとしています。
As part of the Service Management Department, they ensure the reliability, availability, and security of a platform built on AWS, delivering a robust foundation that meets the expectations of clients demanding high performance.
The mission of the Service Management Team is to provide the best service to our clients by collaborating with the engineering team and other relevant departments to establish and maintain a high-quality operational system that can respond promptly and accurately to customer needs.

・インシデント対応(プラットフォーム・セキュリティ)
・プラットフォーム周辺システムの整備
・エンジニアリングチームと協議し、今後のあるべき姿を提案・実現する
・外部・内部に必要な書類 の 作成・更新
・Align the infrastructure platform with the ideal state based on current trends.
・Ensure the stable operation of the platform.
・Devise and implement security enhancement measures.
・Perform and improve regular tasks required for the platform.
・Respond to incidents (platform and security).
・Maintain and optimize surrounding systems for the platform.
・Collaborate with the engineering team to propose and realize the future vision.
・Create and update necessary documents for both internal and external use.

・AWS を利用したプラットフォームの新規開発・運用経験
・インフラストラクチャーに関する以下の技術の経験
oIaaS プラットフォーム : AWS / GCP
o テラフォーム
o エンタープライズネットワーク
oFW・WAF
o Github、 CI/CD 製品
o HTML/JavaScript 、Python、Go、 などモダンプログラミング言語
・システムのセキュリティ監視の仕組み導入・運用の経験
・ステークホルダーとプロダクトを進化させた経験
・業務に優先順位を厳しく設定し物事を進めた経験
・ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力
・日常会話レベル以上の英語力(読み書きを重視)
・Experience in new development and operation of platforms using AWS.
・Proficiency in the following infrastructure-related technologies:
IaaS Platforms: AWS / GCP
Terraform
Enterprise Networks
Firewall (FW) / Web Application Firewall (WAF)
GitHub and CI/CD tools
Modern programming languages such as HTML/JavaScript, Python, Go, and
・Experience in implementing and operating systems for security monitoring.
・Proven track record of evolving products in collaboration with stakeholders.
・Demonstrated ability to set strict priorities and drive tasks to completion.
・Business-level proficiency in Japanese.
・Conversational-level proficiency in English, with a focus on reading and writing skills.

・情報処理安全確保支援士 / CISSP 相当のセキュリティ知識

・ISO27001 / 27017 の取得・維持経験
・Experience working in the real estate industry or a strong interest in the field of real estate transactions.
・Desire to grow alongside a startup company with many uncertainties.
・Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Go).
・Deep knowledge of networking (e.g., IDS, WAF, WAS, FW, DNS).
・Security expertise equivalent to Registered Information Security Specialist or CISSP certification.
・Experience in incident operations and management.
・Experience in obtaining and maintaining ISO 27001 / 27017 certifications.

① International Environment
Out of the 14 engineers in the organization, 12 are foreign nationals. It is recommended for those who want to work in an English-speaking environment.
② Generous Leave System
-Paid Leave: 20 days (5 days granted on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st)
-Emergency Leave (Paid): 5 days granted on the date of hire. After that, 5 days of emergency leave are granted each year on January 1st.
Emergency leave can be taken not only for personal illness but also for family-related matters.
