職務内容
テックマークジャパンの経営管理室スタッフとして、ガバナンス強化に向けた取組みをはじめ、経営計画・戦略の策定及び進捗管理、取締役会・経営会議事務局等、主に当社の経営管理に係る業務を中心に担当していただきます。
職務目的
テックマークジャパンが健全かつ持続的な成長を実現するため、AIGジャパングループや当社全部室と連携の上、経営管理に係る業務を軸に、当社の基盤づくり及びガバナンス強化を推進していただきます。
職責
取締役会、経営会議、商品委員会の事務局業務
社内方針・規程類整備をはじめとするガバナンス関連業務
経営計画 / 3ヵ年計画の策定及び進捗管理
大規模災害時・システム障害時における事業継続関連業務
内部監査対応業務
広報関連業務
期待する成果
ご本人の適正やご経験、希望等を踏まえ、上記職責から複数の業務をアサインします。
各領域について、複数部署及びグループ各社と連携の上、迅速かつ適切に遂行いただき、テックマークジャパンの持続的成長に向けた基盤づくり及びガバナンス強化に貢献していただきます。
