Key Responsibilities the candidate should have:

Lead and develop major campaign activations that include POSM displays, in-store BTL executions and OOH placements (billboards, transit, street furniture).

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of shopper-marketing programmes: from brief, budget, supplier-selection, production and rollout.
Manage client relationship(s), especially with brands in regulated categories such as tobacco (understanding restrictions, compliance, local market implementation).
Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for production of POSM and OOH assets, ensuring cost efficiency, quality and delivery timelines.
Work cross-functionally with creative, media/OOH, procurement and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Manage profitability of the account, monitor margins, upsell services and drive growth in the client relationship.
Demonstrate experience in multi-market roll-out (APAC) or multi-city deployments, especially for retail/OOH activations.


Key Criteria to screen for:
Minimum ~8-12 years agency side (or brand side but with agency-type delivery) with substantial BTL, POSM and OOH experience.
Specific experience in tobacco or other regulated consumer categories (because those have extra compliance/policy constraints).
Evidence of shopper marketing or retail activation campaigns where POSM and OOH were core.
Strong client-servicing ability at senior level: presenting to Brand Directors, negotiating fees + budgets.
Solid understanding of production (POSM manufacturing, printing, installation), retail logistics and OOH vendor management.

Commercial mindset:
cost-control, margin management, supplier negotiation.
Ability to operate across markets or cities, scale roll-outs, manage complexity.
Excellent communication, leadership of account team, ability to inspire.
Regulatory/Compliance understanding (especially important for tobacco category: signage restrictions, legal frameworks, etc.).

Preferred Bonus Attributes
Network in the tobacco / adult consumer category (or willingness to work in regulated category).
Multi-market APAC experience (or exposure to emerging markets).
Track record of new business or account growth within BTL/OOH arena.
Familiarity with relevant agency tools/systems.
