: 顧問/上級顧問弁護士
主な職務内容
- 本ポジションの勤務地は東京です
- 本ポジションはフルタイムの職務であり、リテーナー契約ではありません
- 本ポジションでは、APAC法務責任者に報告し、その後、次席法務顧問(グローバル)に報告されます
- 契約上および商業上の問題、政府および規制法に関する法的問題についての助言
- 社内および社外の利害関係者との商業契約の交渉をレビューする
- 顧客、ベンダー、雇用関連の紛争、または会社に関するその他の紛争の管理
- 経営陣および人事部に雇用問題に関する助言
- 法的および規制上の要件について事業部門を指導、支援
- 適切な法的解決策を提供するためにリスクの特定、分析、評価を含む臨時の問い合わせに対応
- 組織内の他の弁護士と緊密に連携し、外部弁護士が取り扱う法的案件の調整
- 地域およびグローバルのコンプライアンス倫理チームと協力し、共通の懸念事項を特定し、共通の基準を確立し、地域のベストプラクティスについて企業を教育
- 必要に応じて法務部、内部監査、人事部と協力し、非倫理的行為やインフォシスのポリシーに関するその他の違反の申し立てについて調査し、適切な懲戒措置および/または是正措置を提案し、そのような措置が速やかに実施されるようにします
- その他指示された職務
資格と学歴
- 日本の認められた大学における法学の学位取得者
- 可能であれば社内弁護士または法律事務所と合わせて5年以上の法務経験
- 日本の法律に関する深い知識を有し、IT業界に限定されないこと
- 外国弁護士歓迎また日本の弁護士資格必須ではない
必須スキル
- 英語と日本語(N1レベル)の読み書きと会話ができること
- 日本の法律に関する深い知識とIT業界に限定されない、契約に関する一般的な会社法の経験。雇用および規制法に関する知識があれば尚可
- 強いリーダーシップを有し、クライアントからの信頼を素早く獲得する能力
- 成熟した強力なリーダーシップスキルを有し、同僚に指示を与え、影響を与える能力
- 実践的かつ創造的な問題分析と解決スキル
- 優れた組織スキルと複数のタスクを同時に処理し、ビジネスニーズを満たすため必要に応じて作業に優先順位を付ける能力
- コンプライアンス担当者の少人数専門チームの一員として働く能力を含め、高いモチベーションとクライアントサービスへの取り組み
- 社内外のビジネスクライアントからのニーズや質問への対応
