当社は、プロダクト開発において積極的に AI 技術を活用しており、自社プロダクトである「GENIEE SFA/CRM」や「GENIEE CHAT」において、ChatGPT を用いた議事録の自動要約やメールの自動作成など、お客様の業務効率化や生産性向上につながる AI 関連機能を提供しています。
このような状況の中、当グループは AI 技術に関わる導入コンサルティング、プロダクト提供、ならびに研究開発をさらに推進するために、2023年4月11日に新子会社「JAPAN AI株式会社」を設立しました。

事業の急拡大が見込まれる中、高度な技術領域での研究開発とプロダクト実装をリードできるフルスタックエンジニアを募集しています。
特に、AIエージェント領域の研究と大規模開発を推進するため、バックエンドのコアとなるフレームワーク開発を担うエンジニアの増強が急務です。
■期待する役割について
本ポジションでは、弊社 AI プロダクトを牽引するフルスタックエンジニアとして、開発チームに参加いただきます。
コア機能における高度な技術的課題を解決し、顧客に選ばれるプロダクトを作るための開発リードをお任せします。
■業務内容
Generative AI を活用した SaaS アプリケーションの開発を担当します。高効率で再利用可能なシステム設計・構築や、複雑なWebアプリケーションの開発を行います。
[具体的な業務内容]
LLMを活用したプロダクト開発:
大規模言語モデル (LLM) を活用したプロダクトの設計・開発
API統合プロジェクト:
複数のAPIを統合し、新たなAPIを生成するプロジェクトの推進
設計・実装:
パフォーマンスやメンテナンス性を考慮した設計・実装
Webアプリケーション開発:
TypeScriptやNext.jsを用いたフロントエンド開発

■求められるスキル・経験
■必須条件
モダンなフレームワークを用いたWebアプリケーション開発の開発経験: 3年以上
サーバサイドの実装経験 : 2年以上
・少なくとも1つのバックエンド言語 (Python, Javaなど) での実装経験
・クラウドサービス (AWS, GCP, Azure) の経験およびコンテナ技術 (Docker, Kubernetes) の理解
