As an Associate Creative Director, and a future star at Jack.
You'll be responsible for leading proposals and ideation with the creative team through insightful strategies and creative copywriting to ensure the delivery of extraordinary experience for B2B and B2C clients through integrated experiences including, but not limited to, physical and digital activations.
The position:
The ACD will take lead to write proposals and developing unique online & offline brand experiences, engagement ideas and innovative solutions to solve client marketing challenges and deliver measurable results.
Leading projects with the support of the design and strategy team to ensure superior solutions that deliver the creative vision and brand messaging accurately.
Brainstorm and generate ideas that excite clients and their audience.Have a great understanding of the Japanese culture and landscape, including the behaviours and trends that drive audiences in Japan.
Understand the clients' business objectives and how those objectives relate to the target audience and translate these objectives into creative and extraordinary experiences.
Keep abreast of cultural events and trends that affect our audiences.The person we are looking for:
At least 5 years of creative experience in a brand experiential, brand marketing or relevant agency
Excellent presentation skills
A storyteller
Strong understanding of industry trends and Japanese audience.
Ability to conceptualize and implement creative ideas
Hands-on willingness, involving in all stages of the creative process: ideation to creative presentation to project execution.
Must possess excellent time management skills and have a sense of urgency; proven ability to work on multiple projects at any given time
Good organisational skills, and excellent communications skill
Ability to copywrite in Japanese
Fluent in spoken and written English and Japanese

主な業務内容
Senior Creativeとして、APACのクリエイティブチームと密に連携し、B2BおよびB2Cのブランド体験を実現するため、ライブイベントやデジタル、ソーシャルアクティベーションなど、さまざまな手法で「特別なアイデア」を人々に届けることがあなたのミッションです。
具体的な業務内容
提案書を作成し、オンライン・オフラインを問わずブランド体験やエンゲージメントのアイデアを企画して、クライアントの課題を解決し、成果につなげる
デザイン・戦略チームのサポートを受けながら、プロジェクトを主導し、クリエイティブビジョンやブランドメッセージを正確に実現する。
クライアントやその顧客がワクワクするアイデアを生み出すブレインストーミングを行う
日本の文化や市場動向、消費者の行動やトレンドを理解する
クライアントのビジネス目標を理解し、それをターゲットに響くクリエイティブ体験に落とし込む。
観客に影響を与える文化的イベントやトレンドの情報を把握する
