Job Description
【職務内容】
当社医療機器(MRI, 血管造影装置, CT, 超音波装置と関連する医療製品)の見積り作成のスペシャリストとして以下業務を担当。
各種医療機器ごとの見積り作成
上記見積作成における業務効率化に向けたベーシックパッケージ構築の企画、構築、運用のプロジェクトマネジメント
運用フェーズにおけるオペレーション担当の教育
営業や関連部門(マーケティング)とのコミュニケーション

【採用要件】
【経験】
事務業務の経験(3年以上, Nice to have 5年以上)
データの集計&分析経験
ITツール(Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Power Point)の使用経験, Forms作成経験(一部でも問題なし)
後輩育成等のご経験を有する方
【スキル】
戦略的思考を持ち、業務改善を主体的に推進できるスキル
チームワークを大切にし、関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションできるスキル
データ分析に基づきITツールを活用したスキル
成長意欲があり、リーダーシップを発揮できるスキル
【学歴】大卒(四年制大学)以上
【言語】
英語:現時点でビジネスレベルでなくてもよいが、TOEIC点数なり成長意欲・可能性を感じられる要素があることが必須な中級レベル(例500点以上)
日本語:母国語レベル(もしくは日本語の読み書き含め、極めて流暢な方)
【歓迎要件】
営業経験(製品問わず)
業務プロセス改善・システム導入の経験
チームリーダー経験がある方歓迎(ピープルマネジメントでなくても歓迎)
ITツール(Sales Force, SAP, PowerAutomate)の使用・導入経験
プロジェクトリード経験
医療機器業界或いは製造業経験
募集要項:
【契約期間】期間の定めなし
【試用期間】試用期間あり(原則として入社日より6ヶ月)
【業務内容】(雇入れ直後)上記のとおり(変更の範囲)会社の定める業務
【就業場所】(雇入れ直後)本社(麻布台ヒルズ) (変更の範囲)会社の定める就業場所
【就業時間】9:00-17:30 休憩時間:原則として12:00-13:00
【勤務形態】ハイブリット(週3日オフィス出社、週2日までリモート勤務可能)
【休日】毎週土曜日(所定休日)、日曜日(法定休日)、国民の祝日、年末年始(12月29日-1月4日)
【休暇】初年度有給休暇 最大20日間(2年度~5年度 20日/6年度以降 25日 付与)、CareLeave(年間10日間)、Sick Leave(年間最大30日間)ほか
【時間外労働】あり
【給与】基本給 年収450~640万円 + インセンティブ※経験を考慮して優遇します
【賞与】インセンティブ 15% (年収の15%)
※30時間分の固定残業代を含む
※固定残業代は残業がない場合も支給し、超過分は別途支給します
※インセンティブは毎年3月に支給(会社業績、部門業績、個人評価によって変動あり)
※年度途中入社者は対象期間中日割計算あり
