Weegentは、SaaS・人材・広告・マーケティングなどのBtoB領域を中心に、
営業支援(インサイドセールス/フィールドセールス)および営業RPOを展開している企業です。
本ポジションでは、クライアント企業の営業活動を支援するチームの統括を担い、
メンバーのマネジメント、営業戦略の策定、クライアント折衝、KPI設計など、
組織の成果創出に直結するマネジメント業務全般をお任せします。
現場のプレイヤーとして培った営業経験を活かしながら、
チームを率いて営業成果の最大化を図る"リーダーシップポジション"です。
■ 業務内容
営業マネージャーのミッションは、
チーム全体の営業生産性向上と、クライアント成果の最大化です。
戦略立案から人材育成まで、幅広い業務に携わっていただきます。
<主な業務内容>
〇 営業戦略の立案・実行管理
・クライアントごとの営業KPI設計、営業目標・戦略の策定
・商談獲得・受注率・アポ品質などの数値分析・改善提案
〇 メンバーマネジメント・育成
・5〜10名規模のインサイドセールスチームのマネジメント
・日次/週次の進捗共有、成果レビュー、スクリプト改善指導
・1on1を通じたパフォーマンス管理およびモチベーション向上施策
〇 クライアントコミュニケーション
・クライアントとの定例ミーティングでの報告・提案
・成果データの分析報告、営業施策の見直し・新規提案
・顧客満足度向上とリピート契約の推進
〇 業務設計・オペレーション改善
・SFA/CRM(Salesforce・HubSpot等)を活用した運用フローの最適化
・商談記録・リード管理など、業務効率向上のための体制構築
〇 プレイヤー業務(兼務)
・一部、インサイドセールス(架電・商談化)やフィールドセールス(提案・クロージング)業務にも関与し、
現場の課題や成果指標を把握しながらマネジメントへ反映します。

■ 応募条件
[必須条件]
・法人営業経験(3年以上)
・営業組織またはプロジェクトチームのマネジメント経験(5名以上目安)
・KPI/KGIに基づいた成果管理、改善施策の実行経験
・リモート環境でのチームマネジメントに対応できる方

・SaaS/人材/広告業界での営業または営業マネジメント経験
・Salesforce/HubSpot などCRM・SFAツールの運用経験
・営業企画・戦略立案・クライアント折衝の実務経験
・BPO/RPO/営業代行領域での実績をお持ちの方

勤務形態:ハイブリッド(出社+リモート)
