We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and increasing revenue through strategic account planning and execution.
- Pipeline Development: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive pipeline growth, ensure timely identification and qualification of new sales opportunities, and effectively manage the sales process from lead generation to close.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Management, and Solution Engineering, to develop and deliver high-quality sales materials, training, and enablement programs that support sales success.
- Territory Management: Develop and execute territory plans, including defining target accounts, prospects, and industries, to achieve or exceed sales quotas.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales of complex business software/IT solutions, preferably in a team-selling environment.
- Proven track record in business application software sales, with a demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Demonstrated success with sales campaigns in fast-paced, consultative, and competitive markets.
- Fluent business-level English (TOEIC 600+).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
