Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test systems or game content tailored to client or project needs.
- Participate in diverse projects across industries including AI, logistics, finance, production, manufacturing, and gaming.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Work in both client-based and in-house development environments.
Compensation:
- Annual salary: ¥3,000,000 – ¥15,000,000 depending on experience and role.
- Benefits include: full social insurance, retirement allowance, housing support, relocation assistance, educational programs, skill development subsidies, family/qualification/telework allowances, complete weekends off, annual holidays 120+ days.
Work Locations:
Available nationwide — Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka, Sapporo, Sendai, Hiroshima, and other major cities.
Remote work options available depending on project.
Working Hours:
- 9:00 – 18:00 (8 hours, 1-hour break)
- Average overtime: approx. 11 hours per month
Ideal Candidates:
- Relevant experience (3+ years preferred for IT roles, 2–3 years for gaming/3D roles)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, C/C++, JavaScript, SQL, or game engines and 3D design software as mentioned above
- Open-minded, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

給与・待遇:
- 年収:3,000,000円~15,000,000円(経験・職種に応じて)

求める人物像:
- IT職は3年以上、ゲーム・3D職は2~3年以上の経験者歓迎
- プログラミング言語(Java、C#、Python、C/C++、JavaScript、SQL)やゲームエンジン・3Dデザインソフトの使用経験
- 学習意欲が高く、主体的に行動できる方
- チームワークとコミュニケーション能力が高い方
