Oversee day-to-day HR and administrative operations, and support the development and implementation of HR policies
Provide guidance to management on employee relations, performance management, and talent development strategies
Coordinate training and development initiatives, manage related budgets, and assess organizational learning needs
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus schemes, and employee perks
What you'll need to succeed
3+ years of experience in HR
Experienced in training is a big plus
Native in Japanese, business level in English
