職務内容
- 産婦人科向け超音波診断装置の技術営業のリーダーとして、各ブロックに所属する技術営業へ戦略を落とし込み、実行をサポートする
- マーケティングチームと連携し、短期および中長期的な視点で、製品価値を市場に浸透させる戦略を立案・実行する
- 営業チームに対して、製品・臨床知識を活かした支援と方向性の提示を行う
- 中長期戦略において、以下の要素を統合し市場成長を促進:
KOLとの関係構築
臨床現場との連携強化
顧客理解と製品価値の訴求 - 販売パートナーや産婦人科領域の他メーカーと協業し、提案力と市場浸透力を強化
- ブロック単位でのイベントの企画・運営を支援し、ブランド認知と顧客関係構築を促進
- 社内外の関係者と連携し、プロジェクトや提案活動を円滑に推進
- 製品・市場・顧客に関する課題に対して、分析的思考と技術的知識を活用し、柔軟な解決策を提案
- 経験の浅いメンバーの支援役を担い、小規模プロジェクトのリードも行う
期待される要件
- 医療機器の営業経験を有すること(超音波診断装置の営業経験があれば尚可)
- 婦人科業界での業務経験者優先
- マーケティング経験があれば尚可
- マネジメント経験があれば尚可
- 製品や技術への強い関心と愛着を持ち、継続的に学ぶ姿勢を有すること
- 臨床現場との信頼関係構築に意欲的であること
- 社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取り、協力して業務を推進できること
- 自ら考え、行動し、成果に責任を持つ姿勢を有すること
