The Role:
Advisory Group K.K. is partnering with a leading technology company to recruit a Marketing Assistant for their Japan Marketing team. This is a great opportunity to join an international environment and support exciting projects with both local and global teams.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies, preparing and sharing key materials.
- Join meetings with the UK Marketing team (some outside Japan business hours).
- Support the planning and preparation of fan community events.
- Assist with marketing-related administrative tasks and documentation.
Ideal Profile:
What we're looking for:
- English: Business–Native level.
- Japanese: Native or Bilingual level.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones.
Work style:
- 4–5 days per week.
- Hybrid: 2–3 days in office.
