Description

Rakuten Insurance Planning aims to provide one-stop insurance services to Rakuten members on the portal site, mainly recommending Rakuten Insurance Group's products.

Our business consists of two parts: running the portal site to earn commission fees by selling Rakuten Insurance Group's products and consulting on new business related to CWD, as well as maintaining their websites with highly trained staff.

This role requires you to develop web pages for Rakuten Life Insurance, General Insurance, and Pet Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop web pages independently
• Presentation and management skills are required

We expect you to learn about insurance businesses and KPIs, and take on responsibility as a consultant for Rakuten insurance companies in the future.

Requirements:

• Coding skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Create wireframes or mock images independently
• Negotiate with stakeholders
• Hold a 'Get things done' mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SEO improvement
• Experience in managing design/coding teams
• Experience in conducting REX design reviews/User Assurance processes
• Experience working in Fin-Tech fields

This position is based at our Kudanshita office, but will be employed by Rakuten Group, Inc. and seconded to Rakuten Insurance Planning Co., Ltd.
