**Job Profile: Commodity Manager and Buyer**

1. Site sourcing activities: Negotiate with supplier for site purchasing items and services. (Cost and Contract)
2. Release PO: Release PO to supplier through Oracle ERP system (System operation is required)
3. Contact window to supplier negotiation.
4. Proactively join the innovation plan of Procurement process improvement

Responsibility details are as follows.

1. Site sourcing activities: Supplier management, Negotiation, Supplier selection, Contract management, For all releasing Pos from BU4000
2. Buyer: Release PO, manage delivery date.
3. Mange external vendors and work with internal stakeholders.
4. Follow Japanese regulation and laws for all procurement activities.
5. Participate for operation and procedure improvement activities.

**Requirements**

1. Experience of procurement (Buyer, sourcing) . Over 10 years experience
2. Knowledge of Japanese regulation
3. Japanese (fluently)
4. English
5. Experience of working at global company
