A Global insurance company is seeking an IT Security Engineer (Assistant Manager level) to drive the advancement of information security and support digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of security standards, policies, and architecture to achieve cybersecurity objectives
Project promotion and supervision aligned with the NN Group's cybersecurity roadmap
Collaboration with internal IT and security teamsUpdating and reviewing security process documentation
Collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure security at each stage of the SDLC
Required Skills:
Practical experience in
security integration and automation
within a DevOps environmentExpertise in
security design and assessment
, including experience using security frameworksSkills in
building and operating hybrid IT environments
Japanese: high-intermediate
English: high-intermediate
