MISSION
To provide comprehensive support to the Training Manager in the design, development, and delivery of exceptional training programs that elevate basic knowledge, product expertise, and selling skills across the nation wide stores. This role will be instrumental in nurturing talent suitable as a member of the Louis Vuitton family, ensuring the seamless adaptation of global training initiatives for the local market, rolling out training and workshops planned based on the strategy within the specified deadline, enhancing our digital learning capabilities, and fostering strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders

Job responsibilities
Interdepartmental Liaison & Training Preparation / Facilitation (40%):

- Serve as a key point of contact for communication between the training department and other internal departments (e.g., Merchandising, IT)
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication for cross-functional training initiatives
- Prepare training materials, product samples, and demonstration tools for product training sessions
- Assist as a sub-trainer to ensure smooth training execution, supporting the lead trainer and engaging with participants
Digital Learning Platform Development (35%):
- Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the new digital learning platform
- Collaborate with global team to optimize the platform to meet local training needs
- Manage user access, track training progress, and generate reports on platform usage and effectiveness
Translation & Proofreading (25%):
- Translate training materials (e.g., presentations, guidelines, e-learning modules) from English into Japanese with accuracy and cultural sensitivity, maintaining the brand's tone and style
- Proofread translated materials to ensure linguistic accuracy, grammatical correctness, and consistency with brand guidelines
