We are looking for an experienced APAC Regional Recruiter to join a growing consumer technologies company in Tokyo. In this role, you will lead the recruitment of top tech talent across Japan and the APAC region. You will work with senior executives to influence hiring strategies and improve recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process for roles like software developers, product managers, UI/UX designers, and data scientists in Japan and APAC.
- Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective sourcing plans.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Provide market insights and advice to improve the recruitment process.
- Lead efforts to enhance employer branding and improve the use of applicant tracking systems.
- Act as the main HR advisor for tech teams, handling HRrelated questions and challenges.
- Work with leaders to solve organizational issues and improve team productivity.
- Partner with the Regional HR team to implement strategies that boost employee engagement and retention.
- Proven experience in tech recruitment, ideally in the APAC region.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced, international environment.
