■業務概要:
プロジェクトマネージャーとして、楽天ペイメントの参加企業全体および社内で提供されるプロダクト開発プロジェクトおよびDX推進プロジェクトのマネジメントを担っていただきます。
ユーザーとビジネスに貢献するプロダクトの構想・企画、ステークホルダーマネジメント、ROIの定義、実行体制の設計、プロジェクト成果物の定義、リスクマネジメント、デリバリー計画などを担当していただきます。
■業務内容:
プロジェクトマネージャーとエンジニアが一体となったチーム(1チーム4~9名)でサービスの開発・運用を行います。国籍比率:外国籍60%、日本人40%
・プロジェクトマネージャー、プロダクトマネージャー、エンジニアからなる複数チームのリスクマネジメント、WBS管理、依存関係の可視化を行いながら、一体となったチームとしてプロジェクトを成功に導きます。
・プロジェクトのマイルストーンの設定と合意の獲得、プロジェクトの編成、プロジェクトの成果物の定義、リスク管理、プロジェクトの状況把握と報告

・チームマネジメント経験(メンバー育成を含む)

■事業の特徴:
同社(楽天ペイ※実店舗決済/楽天Edy)は、経済産業省が推進する 「キャッシュレス・消費者還元事業」の決済事業者として本登録されました。キャッシュレス・消費者還元事業とは2019年10月1日の消費税率引上げに伴い、需要平準化対策として、キャッシュレス対応による生産性向上や消費者の利便性向上の観点も含め、消費税率引上げ後の9カ月間に限り、中小・小規模事業者によるキャッシュレス手段を使ったポイント還元を支援する事業です。登録が完了したことで、2019年10月以降、還元対象となる店で「アプリ決済(QR決済)・クレジットカード決済・電子マネー決済」を利用した顧客に還元を実施することや、還元対象となる加盟店様においてはキャッシュレス決済の導入支援として、決済端末の無償貸与や決済手数料を1/3引き下げをすることが可能となります。
