【仕事内容】
・利用部門とともにデジタルビジネス戦略の企画構想推進に向けて、システム企画・導入するシステム部門のリーダーとして活動いただきます。
【具体的な業務(ミッション)】
・コールセンター部門及びカスタマーサポート部門における「デジタルビジネス戦略」検討に、情報システム部門として参画
・上記部門における「デジタルビジネス戦略を実現するためのIT施策」検討に、IT部門として参画
(デジタルビジネス戦略と連携した、コンセプト、ロードマップの策定)
・ソリューションベンダーへのRFP(提案依頼)、提案・製品評価選定(パッケージ・SaaSの利用を推奨)
(システムアーキテクチャー、実現手段となるソリューションの評価・選定・導入)
対象:コールセンター(CTI・CRM・FAQ・電話・メール・デジタルチャネルなど)
カスタマーサポート(サービスリクエスト・ディスパッチ・保守実績管理など)
・導入委託先であるソリューションベンダーのマネジメント

・コールセンターシステムもしくはカスタマーサポートシステムの開発、導入に携わった経験がある方
・システム開発における上流工程(要件定義)の参画経験がある方
・利用部門との要件調整やベンダー交渉などのコミュニケーション経験がある方
