今回は、東京をメイン拠点とし、ハイブリッドワークで働けるシニアUXデザイナーを募集しています。
プロジェクトに応じて、ダナンへの出張の機会もあります。

UX/UI/サービスデザインの実務経験5年以上
日本語ビジネスレベル
英語日常会話レベル(オンラインでのやり取りに支障がない程度)
Figmaなどのデザインツールに習熟している方
サービスデザイン・事業づくりに関心のある方

About Est rouge
Founded in 2016, Est rouge Inc.
is a Japan–Vietnam based design and software company specializing in UX, service design, and digital product development for the entertainment, culture, and lifestyle sectors.
Our mission is to design not only what starts, but what lasts — creating digital experiences that grow with users, organizations, and culture.
With offices in Tokyo and Da Nang, we collaborate across borders to design products that are as meaningful as they are sustainable.
We're now entering our second founding phase, expanding the role of design beyond interfaces into business, organization, and brand creation.
We're looking for a Senior UX Designer / Service Designer who can help shape thoughtful, enduring experiences — someone who approaches design not just as a craft, but as a way to connect people, systems, and stories.
You'll work primarily with our Tokyo-based team in a hybrid environment, collaborating online with our design and engineering teams in Da Nang.
Your work will span from discovery and concept development to prototyping and implementation — always with a focus on creating value that lasts.
What You'll DoLead UX and service design from research to delivery.
Conduct user research and synthesize insights into clear design directions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and specifications using Figma.
Facilitate workshops and design reviews to align vision and execution.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to Est rouge's design culture.
Requirements
Must-have
5+ years of experience in UX, UI, or service design.
Ability to turn insights into well-structured, thoughtful digital experiences.
Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams (design / PM / engineering).
Japanese:
Business level (for client and internal communication).
English:
Conversational level (for collaboration with Da Nang team).
Nice-to-have
Experience in entertainment, culture, or lifestyle-related products.
Skills in design research, workshop facilitation, or information architecture.
Interest in cross-cultural collaboration and sustainable design.
Work Style
Hybrid work:
remote + Tokyo office (no relocation required).
Collaboration:
online with our Da Nang design and engineering teams.
Flexible working hours.
Full-time position.
Compensation:
