必要な条件/経験:
- 技術分野の学士号(同等の実務経験でも可)。
- プログラムまたは技術分野のプロジェクト管理に携わった 2 年以上の経験。

望ましい経験/スキル:
- 関連する日本の規制(FISC セキュリティ ガイドラインなど)とデータセンター オペレーションとサイバーセキュリティに関連する国内の認証基準(ISMAP など)や、国際的な ISO 認証(27001、22301 など)への知見。
- 流動的な環境において複数のプロジェクトを管理できる能力。
- 最小限の監督下で自律的に業務を遂行できる能力
- 細部にまで気を配ることのできる注意力、優れた時間管理能力、不確実性の高い環境の中で結果を出す力
- 優れた調査スキルとコミュニケーション スキルを備え、複雑な分析からシンプルかつインパクトのあるメッセージやインサイトを作成して明確に主張できること
- 求めに応じて全勤務時間の 30% まで出張できること(国内および海外)。

Google データセンターのコンプライアンス、セキュリティ、リスク管理(CSRM)チームは、Google の世界中の重要インフラストラクチャの要員と資産を保護することに特化した組織です。CSRM チームは業界をリードする専門家らで構成されており、高度なセキュリティ システム、専用の防衛機能、厳格なリスク管理プログラム、コンプライアンス フレームワーク プログラムを活用して Google データセンター全体をサポートしています。Google Cloud は、計算されたアプローチによって幅広いユーザーにリーチし、ユーザーの信頼を得ています。
CSRM CAP チーム(コンプライアンス、監査、ポリシー)のテクニカル プログラム マネージャーは、Google データセンターに関連する監査とコンプライアンスを主導し、成功に導くポジションです。このチームでは、クラウド コンプライアンス、法務、GDC 管理、GDC 社員など多方面にわたるパートナーの専門知識を活用し、効果的なソリューションを生み出すソートリーダーとなることが求められます。インフラ ストラクチャ領域をカバーし、GDC 内のさまざまなチームと緊密に協力しながら、監査およびコンプライアンス プログラムを確実に実施、最適化して成功に導いてください。

業務内容
- データセンター チームと緊密に協力して、今後の監査に備え、チームのプログラムが監査/コンプライアンスで期待される水準を満たすようにする。
- 社内外のステークホルダーとともに、さまざまな人物(お客様、保険会社など)による現地監査を調整、管理、実施する。
- チームやパートナーを主導し、共同でデータセンター コンプライアンス プログラムの戦術的構築を具体化し、推進する。
- 組織全体のコンプライアンスおよび監査要件をサポートすることを目的として、手法やプロセスの改善、変革、策定から廃止までを担う。
- プログラムのドキュメントとトレーニングを作成・開発して維持する。
