< 主な業務内容 >
・営業チームと連携し、顧客の課題を分析し、Tektomを活用した最適なソリューションの具体を描く。 ・市場調査と競合分析を行い、Tektomの強みを活かせる領域を特定し、実行計画を策定。 ・顧客との定期的なミーティングを通じて要望や課題を把握し、解決の優先順位、As-Is/To-Be、予算感を握る。 ・顧客側の業務仕様を深く理解し、現場で使用する方が利用しやすくなるようカスタマイズの内容を策定 ・ビジネス要件を明確化し、開発チーム(多国籍のエンジニアで使用言語は英語)との橋渡しを行う。
